Change a Current Rotational Travel Request
Applies when you need to make change to a current journey that has already commenced i.e. its your Hitch Travel day or you are currently on Site.
Your Travel Planner will have to make the changes on your behalf at this point in your Hitch.
Step 1: Login to the application to view your Approved Travel Requests in the Self-Service Dashboard
Step 2: Find the related Travel Request you need to change from within the Approved list - It will show as Current 
Step 3: Open the Internal Messaging option by Clicking -> Current button


Step 4: Enter a message subject and your change request details in the message text field. Click -> Send Message button to notify the Travel Planner(s) within your orgnisation to action the changes. The Changes will be reflected back into your Self-Service page when completed.
Change Future Master Rotational Travel
To keep the Master Rotation Schedule in tact, changes to a future Hitch are conducted using the Cancel and Ad-Hoc Travel request creation process.
Step 1: Login to the application to view your Approved Travel Requests in the Self-Service Dashboard
Step 2: Find the related Travel Request you need to change from within the Approved list
Step 3: Cancel the Request by Clicking -> Cancel button next to the Travel Request

Step 4: Create an Ad-Hoc Travel Request with the new Travel requirements as per the following example steps.
Use Case Situations....
I need to fly to the Slope a day or so later due to illness
Cancel the related Travel Request, create an Ad-Hoc Request for the new Hitch period starting on the new date.
I need to fly back to Town for a meeting and then back to Slope during my Rotation
Create a new Ad-Hoc Travel Request, leaving your existing Hitch Travel Requests in place - Just remember to make the flight from Dead Horse to Anchorage!
I need to move my return trip whilst I'm on the Slope on a Hitch
Once you begin your travel you will be locked from making changes. You will need to notify your Company Travel Co-ordinator or someone who performs Journey Management on the travellers behalf.
Note: Your Future Master Rotation Travel does not move if you come back later than original Master Rotation
